Well, let's look on the bright side...it's better than gaining anything.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And if I am going to be perfectly honest...I didn't really try this past week. I have joined a popular weight-loss program and am sticking to it this time. I need to recognize that I do care how fat I have become, and do something about it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;My goal: 145 lbs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Hopefully I will reach my goal in one year's time...but I hope to look markedly better by my birthday too. No one wants to get another year older without having accomplished something on their turn around the sun.
